Azure Café, 123 Main Street, presents a continuous exhibit of art as a backdrop to its impeccable cuisine and fine wines.
Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers Furniture Gallery, 149 Main Street, displays works of art by notable Maine painters, including Neil Welliver, Eric Hopkins, David Little and Wendy Turner in its flagship showroom.
The Harrington House, 45 Main Street, is one of the properties of the Freeport Historical Society. Exhibits by well know local artists are often on display along with the fascinating historical documents and features of the Society.

The Freeport Performing Arts Center
FPAC is a recently constructed 501seat state-of-the-art performance venue.
An ever-increasing series of productions and concerts includes a range from symphonies, chamber ensembles and oratorios to community theatre, comedy, and folk trios.
Among new plans being made for the near future is a film series.
L.L.Bean Summer Concert Series
Bring your lawn chairs to L.L.Bean's annual Summer Concert Series in Discovery Park in Freeport. Enjoy the incredible talents of local, national and international performers. From jazz to folk, from Celtic to Cajun, there's music for every taste – and it's free!
The series usually runs early June thru early September.
Freeport Community Players was formed in 1989 by a dedicated group of theater enthusiasts. Its mission is to provide opportunities for performers and audiences to enjoy the benefits of community theater and to promote performing arts in Freeport.
FCP strives to introduce the community to the broad range of styles and forms that theater has to offer.
FCP has staged over 60 productions, from musicals (such as You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown and Grease) and operettas (Amahl & the Night Visitor) to light comedies (such as Barefoot in the Park) and classic dramas (such as Antigone).
The Players present their annual “RADIO” stage show the first weekend of December during the Freeport Sparkle Weekend event.
It’s a clear audience favorite.

In addition to important musical events and concerts on a grander scale, Freeport offers several opportunities for musical enjoyment at a more intimate level.
Among these are Jazz Nights at Azure Café, “piano-side” dining at the Muddy Rudder, as well as frequent entertainment offerings at Hilton Garden Inn, Jameson Tavern, and Gritty McDuff’s.

Greater Freeport Community Chorus (GFCC) began in Freeport under the direction of Sukie Rice 13 years ago and has grown to a membership of about 55.
Our current artistic director is Virgil Bozeman, IV, choral director at Richmond Middle/High Schools and active leader in District 3 Honors Festivals.
We are a mixed voice, non-auditioned chorus. We enjoy singing a variety of music and want to share that with the community in our concerts. We rehearse on Sunday evenings from 6:30-9:00 pm in the music room at Freeport High School from September to May and perform concerts in December and May.
One of the most respected and popular Art Festivals in Maine is the annual Freeport Merchants Association Fall in the Village Art Festival. This juried event brings together over a hundred of the most talented in several categories. Included are two and three-dimensional art, sculpture, mixed media and photography.
