There’s a very old song which happily refrains “If I knew you were coming I’d have baked a cake!” While our cake-baking skills may be in question, we are pleased to do whatever else we can to assure your group is warmly received at their arrival in Freeport.

By coordinating your Motorcoach arrival with us at here the Freeport Merchants Association, we can provide the following services for you…

1.Greeters to welcome passengers with Visitor Guides as they step of the coach. Special Savings coupons will also be included. Brochures from businesses of specific interest may also be included at your request.

Note: Visitor Guides and materials may be sent to you in advance of your group’s arrival if you prefer.

2. Itinerary suggestions can be provided based on your groups' interests and length of visit.

3.We will notify our merchant members in advance of your arrival so

they can be ready to provide your group with the excellent customer service that is a key part of the Freeport experience.

If you have other needs or ideas, please let us know. We will try our best to accommodate you and your clients.

Driver Appreciation

We are pleased to provide all Motorcoach drivers with a Driver’s Appreciation Packet, which includes the Visitor Guide and all the savings coupons as above, plus a small gift, and certificates for lunch and goodies like fresh lemonade and ice cream!*

How long can you stay?

Just another reminder that there's lots to see and do in Freeport. The longer you're here the more fun you can have! The following Freeport properties are comfortably equipped for motorcoach reception:

Convenient Motorcoach boarding areas are located on either side of Main St. in the downtown village center.

From I-295 -Exit 22- at the end of Mallet Drive turn right and proceed south on Main St. to coach boarding area on the right in front of L.L.Bean.

From I-295 Exits 17 or 20, proceed north on Route 1 (Main St.) to coach boarding area on the right in front of Lenox.

Spacious coach parking areas are provided right off Main Street adjacent to the Public Safety Building at the southern end of the down-town.
